Mr. Brightside为The Killers在2005年发行的专辑Hot Fuss里的单曲。
The Killers（杀手乐队）成立于2002年，来自美国拉斯维加斯。
主唱--Brandon Flowers 电吉他手Dave Keuning
贝司--Mark Stoermer 鼓手--Ronnie Vannucci Jr.
其风格属于轻重摇滚，介于流行与摇滚之间。
虽出身美国，却深受上世纪80年代英国新浪潮的影响，‘想要成为美国的U2’。
2004年与英国独立厂牌lizard king签约，以单曲Mr. Brightside冲上英国流行单曲榜Top 10。
后来获得了美国大厂Island的合约，跃身英国乐坛主流。
其创作的首波全球单曲somebody told me拿下billboard现代摇滚单曲与英国金榜的第三名，声名大噪。
