剧情简介：

杰里米（裘德．洛饰）在纽约经营着一家小咖啡店，不知从那天开始，每当夜幕降临，一位叫伊丽莎白（诺拉．琼斯饰）的女孩都会来到店里，要上一份蓝莓派，女孩总是独自呆坐，凝望窗外。女孩来的次数多了，两人熟悉起来，成为朋友。
伊丽莎白说出了她的故事，深爱的男人离她而去，在此之前，她根本无法想象过，离开了他，自己将如何生活。这一晚，又到了打烊的时间，伊丽莎白是店内惟一的顾客，她靠在吧台上，眼睛睁得大大的，嘴唇上还沾着蓝莓派的奶油渍。正在清理吧台的杰里米凝视着她，慢慢弯下腰，偷偷给了她一个吻。当他的头抬起来时，她嘴唇上的奶油不见了。
这晚之后，伊丽莎白消失了。
她离开了繁华的纽约，展开了一段寻找真爱的旅程，纽约，孟菲斯，拉斯维加斯，内华达......在漫长的旅途中，她在不同城市里著名的餐馆寻找最可口的蓝莓派。她邂逅了各种各样的人，每个人都或多或少的面临着生活上或者情感上的困境，而在寻找的过程中，伊丽莎白也清晰感受到了自己的内心，最后她踏上传奇的66号公路，到达加州的洛杉矶，一段旅程的终点成为另一段感情的起点。
