英语语法：形容词absent后接介词说明
absent用作形容词，意为“缺席的”。要表示“做某事缺席”，其后常接介词 from。如：Some students were absent from class. 有些学生上课缺席。
They were absent from work that day. 他们那天都没有上班。
有时根据不同的语境，也可能使用不同的介词。如：
He’s absent in Beijing. 他外出了，现在北京。
比较：
He’s absent from Europe. 他不在欧洲。

用作形容词，有时表示“心不在焉”、“茫然的”等，通常只用作定语。如：

absent-minded 意为“心不在焉的”、“健忘的”( 可用作表语或定语)。如：
