　　When I am Dead, My Dearest
        　　by Christina Georgina Rossetti
        　　Christina Rossetti生于1830年卒于1894年，是一个虔诚的英国圣公会教徒(Anglican),为了其宗教信仰，Christina终生未婚，曾经有一位信奉罗马天主教的人和一个无宗教信仰的追求她，但为了宗教信仰，她都未准。比她大两岁的哥哥，Dante Rossetti也是一位诗人，是前拉斐尔兄弟会的成员之一。有人说她的爱情诗给人一种像“修女的感觉”。下面这首诗是她的一首比较有名的作品，其中包含了感情的酸甜苦辣。
        　　When I am dead, my dearest,
        　　Sing no sad songs for me;
        　　Plant thou no roses at my head,
        　　Nor shady cypress tree:
        　　Be the green grass above me
        　　With showers and dewdrops wet;
        　　And if thou wilt, remember,
        　　And if thou wilt, forget.
        　　I shall not see the shadows,
        　　I shall not feel the rain;
        　　I shall not hear the nightingale
