1. 放在一起使用表示（程度上）更强；更多
eg:He earns a lot more than I do.
他赚的钱比我多多了。

西城男孩（Westlife）有一首脍炙人口的歌叫做 You raise me up. 其中有一句歌词就是

more than I can be： 超越我自己。
