模仿文本： The Senate Foreign Relations Committee has passed a draft resolution with the goal of degrading Syria's military capacity so a negotiated settlement of the war becomes more likely.
On the House side, two Democrats have drafted a narrower resolution which would limit the goal to deterring repeat uses of chemical weapons in Syria. 参议院外交委员会已通过一项决议草案，旨在削弱叙利亚军力，因此协商解决战争的可能性更大。
