【语言点精讲】
homely: 平凡的，不好看的。
be supposed to: 应该；被期望。
be not much for looks: 指某人的外表不是很漂亮或不是很有吸引力。
on … side: 在……一边。
plain: 普通的；平凡的；一般的。
