B: 我想他只是喜欢她罢了。

【语言点精讲】
get a crush on sb.: 迷上某人；疯狂的爱上某人。
take a liking to: 喜欢某人，对某人有好感。
be head over heals in love: 形容某人坠入了爱河，由于爱情而不能正常地表现。
only have eyes for sb.: 眼中只有某人。
