1.It is not necessary for sb. to do sth.：某人没必要做某事
例如：It is not necessary for us to be over-concerned with minor matters.（咱们谁跟谁啊，用不着这么分斤掰两！）
It is not necessary for the government to examine and verify them.（不必由政府审核。）
