1.be sick of：厌恶，厌倦
例如：He is sick of this hot, sticky weather.（他厌恶这闷热的天气。）
I was sick of waiting for you.（我等你等得不耐烦了。）
08月14日：It's a tall order but I'll try.这是一个艰巨的任务但是我会试一下。
1.tall order：难以完成的任务，无理要求
例如：It's a tall order to fill.（这是很难办到的事。）
If is rather a tall order to get all that work completed in less than a week.（要在不到一周的时间内完成全部工作，的确是件难办的事。）
