B: Wow, looks like you’re the big cheese now.
A: Yeah, well, whenever I go out, it’s going to be the VIP treatment from now on!
B: Well, just as long as you don’t forget your old friends, then I think it’s great!
A: 我刚升为部门主管，还加了薪！
B: 喔，你现在像是个大人物了。
A: 对，从现在起，我出门就要享受贵宾待遇了。

get promoted to: 被提拔到…
raise: 增加工资。
the big cheese: 大人物，重要人物。通常用来代指老板。有时候也用来指重要的事件。
VIP: Very Important Person的首字母缩写。大人物，贵宾。
treatment: 对待，待遇。
as long as: 只要。
