        打算辞职

        So how is your work?
        Good. How about you?
I'm going to resign. A few of the new staff have already left. Obviously a lot of similar jobs pay much better salaries.
But your company is huge. Cann't they afford to pay the staff decent wages?
We have a policy of paying according seniority in the company. So new employees get quite low salaries no matter how excellent they have done.
That's so shortsighted. By the time the workers are experienced and contributing they're likely to go.
That's why I'm going to leave.
But you already work there for 5 years.
I'm worried about my future. I cann't believe that companies as big as it is, the company can only continue to grow by taking care of its staff.
Well, the management doesn't think that way. Anyway, you have to thing about that twice before you act.
        Thank you. I will.

        工作不顺利

        How is work today?
It's been a hard day today. First I was one hour late. You know the traffic is really bad. And then I got yelled at by my boss.
        Oh, man!
That's not all. After that I sat down working at my computer.
But when I try to transfer everything onto the disc. I found my disc was broken.
        You forgot to save it?
I totally forgot! The god damn disc was broken. I just lost the whole day's work.
It's like I've been working like a mad man and got nothing finally. Shit!
What's your mode, buddy? It's not the end of the world. There are always two sides to everything. Try to look on the bright side.
        If there were bright sides.
Calm down! There are already mistakes. If you cannot redo it just choose to learn something from them.
I just made a promise that I shall never stay up late again.
That's it! See,that's the bright side of mistakes. You can always learn something from them.
        I see your point but...
There is no such thing as,for ever buts. What happens is you are talking to your friend and she is trying to be your real friend. You didn't lose your job anyway.
All right. Thank you. I feel much better now.
