1.Situation：形势，局面，处境，状况（(指明确具体的环境情况或处境）
例如：The situation is now so bad that any change is likely to be a change for the better.（目前情况恶劣，只要有变化就是向好处变。）
2.At hand：在手边（在附近， 即将到来）； 就在眼前
例如：Always have your reference books near at hand.（要经常把参考书摆在手边。）
类似词组：
In hand：在掌握中，在控制中
例如：There was a little rioting, but the police soon had the situation in hand.（有一点的骚乱，但警方很快就掌握了局势。）

1.Hope：希望，期望（某事发生）
例如：We are hoping for good weather on Sunday.（我们盼望着星期天天气好。）
2.Clear up：使整洁；清理；澄清；解决

3.Matter：事情；问题（着重指一件考虑中的或需要处理的事。）
