You will endanger your health if you smoke. 吸烟危害健康。
1. Endanger：使遭危险，危及，危害
例句：His health is endangered by overwork. 他的健康因劳累过度而受到损害。
2. Smoke：（习惯性）吸烟，抽烟
例句：She smokes heavily. 她的烟瘾很大。

I don't know the answer off the top of my head. 这个答案我是想破脑袋也想不出来。
off the top of my head是美国俚语，这个词组表示的意思就是没有经过仔细思考，一下子蹦跶出来的，即：最快想到的，马上想起，眼下能想到的结论或者答案。
例句：I answered his question off the top of my head. 我没有认真考虑就回答了他的问题。
此句的含义：我一时没答案。（但过后，如果仔细想想，或许有答案……）
换言之：I don't know the answer off-hand. 我目前还不知道答案。
如下情况可使用此句：
Allen: Do you know who won the NBA Championship in 1985? 你知道谁在1985 年赢得了NBA 冠军吗？
Brain: Not off the top of my head. 一时想不出来。
