Translators Without Borders is an American nonprofit group. It provides language services to nongovernmental organizations such as, yes, Doctors Without Borders. The group recently trained some new translators in Nairobi in how to put health information into local languages for Kenyans. For health translators, finding the right words is not just about language but also culture. “译者无国界”是美国一家非营利组织，它专为一些非政府组织（如“无国界医生”组织）提供各种语言翻译服务。最近，该组织在内罗毕培训了一批新的翻译人员，负责将把健康方面的信息译成肯尼亚当地语言。对于健康信息翻译者而言，找出表达恰当的词已不仅是语码间的转换，还涉及到文化的层面。
