Crews in Colorado were rushing to fix roads damaged by the state's massive floods. Authorities hope to have some temporary fixes in place before the winter weather hits.
And a typhoon is blamed for at least 2 dozen deaths in southern China. The storm hit Hong Kong, cancelling hundreds of flights.
