It comes from knowing exactly where you are going, exactly how you are going to get there. It comes from acting with integrity and confidence. It comes from a strong sense of purpose. It comes from a strong commitment to take responsibility, rather than just let life happen.
One way to develop self-confidence is to do the thing you fear and get a record of successful experiences behind you.
Confidence is compassionate and understanding. It is not arrogant. Arrogance is born out of fear and insecurity. Confidence comes from strength and integrity.自信远不只是态度问题。自信来源于知道自己将去哪里，如何到达，来源于诚实自信的行为；来源于强烈的目标；来源于负责的承诺，而并非随波逐流。
提高自信的方法之一便是去做你害怕做的事情，从中获取成功的体验。
自信蕴涵同情和理解。自信不是自负。自负来源于恐惧和安全感的缺失。自信来自力量和诚实。
