I do not know all the education systems in the world but all the ones I do know about have free school education at primary and secondary level. I certainly agree with the statement that this should be the case. I believe university education is different. No matter what standard of income someone has or what society someone comes from, everyone should have the opportunity to have a good standard of education. This is not always what happens but it is what should happen. Private schools can be available for those who want and can afford it but the free schools should always be there. This is certainly what all countries should strive to attain situation although some have problems due to the economic and political situations in their countries. Governments should make sure that all their citizens have access to a good standard of free education at primary and secondary level.不同的国家拥有不同的教育制度。我虽然不知道世界上所有国家的教育是什么样的，但是从我所知道的国家来看，它们在小学和中学的教育层次上都施行了免费的教育。在我看来这样做是非常正确的，当然大学教育就是另一回事了。
无论一个人贫福与否，出身如何，他都应该拥有享受良好教育的机会。并不是人人都能如此愿望一样，但世界确实本该如此。那些有意愿并且负担得起私立学校的学生可以去读私立学校，而免费公共学校的大门应该永远为学生们敞开。这当然应该是所有国家都要力图去达到的目标，尽管一些国家会由于经济和政治因素做不到这一点。我认为政府应该确保每一个公民都能在小学和中学层次上享受到高品质的免费教育。
