O.J. Simpson testifies as part of his bid for a new trial on his robbery and kidnapping conviction. Simpson says he wasn't properly represented by his trial attorney at the 2008 trial.
And check out this view of the nation's capitol. Video captured from the helmet of a worker shows the scaffolding being topped off at the Washington monument. The landmark was damaged almost two years ago in an earthquake.
