The White House says it's highly and likely that President Bashar Assad’s regime not the rebel opposition was behind any chemical weapons use in Syria. A U.N. panel said yesterday there were indications that rebel forces had used the nerve agent sarin.
Any day now, parts of the eastern United States will be over-run by noisy cicadas. The creatures with bulging red eyes are returning after spending their time a few feet underground since 1996.
