"To the leaders of Pyongyang I say, this is the choice before you," President Obama said in the conclusion of his message. “我想奉劝平壤领导人，你们须做出选择。这是你们必须做出的决定。今天，我们要说：平壤，鼓起勇气谋求和平，给北韩人民带来更好的生活。”
