在美国，有些年长的富有男人以性和陪伴为交换条件向年轻女性提供经济支持，这样的男人被称作“糖爹”，但是如果这个年长男人是个穷光蛋，那么他就会被叫作saltdaddy(盐爹)。Saltdaddy is the complete opposite of a sugardaddy, one who tries, but is
broke and fronting.
“盐爹”是“糖爹”的反义词，“盐爹”也想成为“糖爹”，但是无奈腰包太瘪。
