The little boy's parents are having a house custom built and when Leo viewed the plans he was concerned. So he decided to write to the estate's owner, Jeremy Paxton, with a heartfelt plea for him to help out with the chimney problem.小男孩的父母有一栋自建的房子，当利奥看到计划后，他就担心了。所以他决定写信给房产的所有人，杰里米 帕克斯顿，真诚地请求他帮忙解决烟囱问题。

In reply, Paxton came up with the idea that enlisted a Santa Claus in full padded outfit, a crane, a harness and winch to put the new chimney through its paces. Leo was invited to watch as the the great experiment got underway.作为回复，帕克斯顿想出一个主意，让一个全副武装的圣诞老人、一辆起重机、一件马具和绞车来测试新烟囱。利奥被邀请去观看这个巨大试验的进行。
