乔治亚·奥基弗 Georgia O‘Keeffe ）或 乔治亚·欧姬芙Georgia Totto O'Keeffe（1887年11月15日~1986年3月6日）是一位美国艺术家，被列为20世纪的艺术大师之一。欧姬芙的绘画作品已经成为1920年代美国艺术的经典代表，她以半抽象半写实的手法闻名，其主题相当具有特色，多为花朵微观、岩石肌理变化，海螺、动物骨头、荒凉的美国内陆景观为主。她的作品中常充满著同色调的细微变化，组成具有韵律感的构图，某些时候欧姬芙画中的物品外轮廓，让观者感到此物品的清脆感。Hints:

Artist and teacher Arthur Wesley Dow taught that art should fill space in a beautiful way. This theory influenced and changed her work. O'Keefe also learned about the Russian painter Wassily Kandinsky. He wanted artists to represent the inner spirit in outer things. O'Keeffe considered Kandinsky's writings a treasure. She read them throughout her life.
In 1915, Georgia O'Keeffe decided that much of what she had been taught in art school was of little value. She decided to hang recent work she had done on the wall of her home. She examined it and did not find herself in the art. She wrote that she had been taught to work like others. She decided then that she would not spend her life doing what had already been done.
