最新英语流行语：最高法晒“裁判文书”
《最高人民法院裁判文书上网公布暂行办法》已审议通过并生效实施。按照该办法，除法律有特殊规定的以外，最高人民法院生效裁判文书将全部在最高人民法院政务网站的中国裁判文书网(www.court.gov.cn/zgcpwsw)予以公布。请看相关报道：
All of the judgmentsmade by the Supreme People's Court will continue to be
publicized on its official website (www.court.gov.cn/zgcpwsw), except those
concerning national secrets, trade secrets or personal privacy.
除涉及国家机密、商业机密以及个人隐私的信息外，最高人民法院做出的所有裁判文书都将在其官方网站上公布。
Judgments就是法院对案件做出的“判定和裁决”，法院“对某人作出判决”可以用pass judgment on someone来表示，如：The
court passed judgment on the accused.(法院对被告作出判决。)“维持原判”则是to affirm the original
judgment。另外，judgment还可以表示“看法、判断、评价”等，如：Remember to be tactful when expressing a
personal judgment.(记住表达个人看法要婉转。)
最高法此次网上晒文书是为了增加司法透明度(judicial transparency)，保障人们的知情权(people's rights to be
informed)，并实行司法监督(judicial supervision)。
