Fifteen minutes of fame is short-lived media publicity or celebrity of an individual or phenomenon. The expression was coined by Andy Warhol, who said in 1968 that "In the future, everyone will be world-famous for 15 minutes."
Fifteen minutes of fame(15分钟名气)指某个人或者现象在媒体上制造的短暂的宣传效果或知名度，也可称为“转瞬即逝的名气”。这个表达最早出自安迪沃霍尔(美国著名艺术家)之口，他在1968年说：“将来，每个人都可以在全世界出名15分钟。”
The phenomenon is often used in reference to figures in the entertainment industry or other areas of popular culture, such as reality television and YouTube.
这种现象多出现在娱乐圈或者真人秀电视节目以及视频分享网站等流行文化领域的人物身上。
