实用英语：核设施去功能化

上述报道中，disable nuclear reactor/facilities 是“核设施去功能化”的英文表达，nuclear
disablement
表示的也是这个意思;“去功能化”(disablement)就是“除去(核设施)具备的基本功能，使之不能发挥作用”之意，而disable这个词在计算机技术中也是很常用的，比如：to
disable autorun(禁用自动运行)，to disable communications(禁止联机)等。
