实用英语表达：阻止“非法传播”
为有效维护奥运版权及相关权利，严厉打击针对第29届奥林匹克运动会赛事及相关活动的新媒体转播权非法转播行为，打击奥运侵权反盗版工作组日前在京成立。请看《中国日报》的报道：
Authorities will maintain a round-the-clock watch on 216 Chinese websites
in a bid to stop unauthorized transmissions of Olympic events, a senior official
from the National Copyright Administration of China (NCAC) said Monday.
国家版权管理局于本周一表示，有关部门将对国内216个网站进行24小时实时监控以阻止对奥运活动的非法转播行为。
上述报道中，unauthorized transmission是“非法转播”，也叫做illegal transmission，那么authorized
transmission就是“授权转播”了;这里所说的“权”指的是“奥运版权”，即Olympic Intellectual Property
Rights，简称Olympic IPR。
