高考语法汇总:directly用法注意
1. 表示“直接地”，与“间接地”相对，指没有中间环节的影响等。如：The new law won’t directly affect us. 新的法律不会直接影响我们。
还可表示“直率地”、“直截了当地”。如：
He answered me very directly and openly. 他非常坦率地回答了我。
He refused to say directly what he thinks. 他拒绝直接了当地说出他的想法。zn
2. 表示“恰好”、“正好”。如：
He lives directly opposite the church. 他住在教堂的正对面。
3. 在英国英语中，既可表示“立即”、“马上”，也可表示“不久以后”。如：
Come here directly. 马上过来。
I will be there directly. 我很快就到。
在没有特定上下文的情况下，可能有歧义。如：
I will start directly. 我马上动身(或:我不久将动身)。
4. 在英国英语中，可用作连词(=as soon as)。如：
I went home directly I had finished work. 我一干完工作就回家了。
