1.提前下班：
Let’s knock off early today.
今天我们提前下班。

2.如果工作需要，公司会安排调休：
We are working without overtime pay, so we can take some days off later.
我们加班没有加班费，所以我们可以在以后调休几天。
It is not allowed to use compensation leave for working on these 4 days.
