He was on a dock in Fort Pierce when he watched a fellow angler reel in a strange creature, according to the Florida Wildlife Conservation Commission.据佛罗里达野生动物保护委员会（FWC）消息，史蒂夫当时正在匹尔斯堡的一个码头，突然看到一位同行渔夫钓上了一只奇怪的生物。
