实用英语口语：“抢险抗灾”怎么说？
1月中旬以来，我国大部分地区出现了罕见的低温雨雪冰冻极端天气，持续时间长、影响范围大，给受灾地区生产生活，特别是交通运输、能源供应等带来了严重影响。国务院成立了煤电油运和抢险抗灾应急指挥中心，负责及时掌握有关方面的综合情况，统筹协调煤电油运和抢险抗灾中跨部门、跨行业、跨地区的工作。那么“抢险抗灾”应该怎么表达呢?请看新华社的报道：

Emergency 指紧急情况;危险情况，常见的搭配例如：emergency rescue 抢险救援，emergency flood fighting
防汛抢险，急救措施 emergency measures等
Relief在这里用作名词，表示减轻、解除、救济，在新闻报道中也很常见，除了disaster relief 救灾，还有poverty relief
扶贫，drought relief 抗旱等搭配。
