A: I don't get you. Your dad wanted to give you a car and you turned him down. What were you thinking?A: 我真搞不懂你。你爸爸要给你买车, 但你拒绝了。你是怎么想的?
B: He can buy me a car but he can't buy me.
B: 他可以买车给我, 但他不能买我(的心)。
"I don't get you." 里的 "get" 是 "understand"(明白、了解) 的意思。
"turn down" 在这里是“拒绝”的意思。
