据《重庆商报》消息，重庆计划生育委员会发布了一项新规定，已婚人士婚外生子将面临最高达25万元的罚款。
在上面的报道中，give birth out of wedlock指的是“婚外生子”，更通俗一些的表达方式是married people having
babies outside marriage。婚外生子所需缴纳的social compensation fee(社会抚养费)是最高的。另外，unmarried
couples having babies(未婚生育)也同样要缴纳社会抚养费。
婚外生育的孩子即children born outside marriage / out-of-wedlock
children(非婚生子)，俗称“私生子”。“私生子”还有其他多种表达方式，如an illegitimate child，a natural child，a
love child，a child of shame等。
