实用口语：“低空空域”怎么说

专家表示，政府批准向通用航空开放部分低空空域的方案将有可能使一直受抑制的私人飞行服务得到释放，从而创造出一个价值超过万亿的市场。
上文中，low-altitude airspace就是指“低空空域”，这里特指1000米以下的空域。该《意见》指出，今后，我国低空空域将按areas
under control(管制)、areas under surveillance(监视)、和 areas where aircraft can fly
freely after reporting their flight plans in advance(报告)这三类划设空域。

aviation(通用航空)是指使用民用航空器从事公共航空运输以外的民用航空活动，包括从事工业、农业、林业、渔业和建筑业的作业飞行以及医疗卫生、抢险救灾、气象探测、海洋监测、科学实验、教育训练、文化体育等方面的飞行活动。此外，还有military
aviation(军事航空)和civil aviation transportation(公共运输航空)两种。
